Portanto, priorizar a sa\u00fade ambiental dos nossos ecossistemas aqu\u00e1ticos, bem como os m\u00faltiplos servi\u00e7os que prestam, \u00e9 uma estrat\u00e9gia que pode dar bons resultados a m\u00e9dio e longo prazo.<\/p>\n<p>A gera\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos h\u00eddricos de boa qualidade a partir de fontes n\u00e3o convencionais de forma sustent\u00e1vel e economicamente vi\u00e1vel \u00e9 uma op\u00e7\u00e3o que vem ganhando cada vez mais for\u00e7a.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1548078327907{padding-top: 10px !important;padding-bottom: 10px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_text]O tratamento de efluentes \u00e9 um recurso h\u00eddrico pouco convencional que, com p\u00f3s-tratamento adequado, pode garantir quantidade e qualidade de \u00e1gua adequadas aos usos ambientais. Na verdade, esta \u00e9 uma das utiliza\u00e7\u00f5es previstas na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o espanhola sobre o reaproveitamento de \u00e1gua de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o (RD 1620\/2007, Utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o 5.4).<\/p>\n<p>A proposta europeia de reutiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua considera apenas a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o para irriga\u00e7\u00e3o agr\u00edcola (COM \/ 2018\/337).<\/p>\n<p>A Diretiva de Tratamento de \u00c1guas Residuais Urbanas (91\/271 \/ EEC, UWWTD) \u00e9 a estrutura para garantir os requisitos m\u00ednimos de qualidade para efluentes de esta\u00e7\u00f5es de tratamento de \u00e1guas residuais (ETAR)[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner row_type=&#8221;row&#8221; type=&#8221;grid&#8221; text_align=&#8221;left&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1548078021511{padding-top: 30px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1548078321003{padding-top: 10px !important;padding-bottom: 10px !important;}&#8221;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;1711&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; qode_css_animation=&#8221;element_from_left&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1612442677509{padding-top: 10px !important;padding-bottom: 10px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_text]No entanto, as autoridades competentes devem garantir o cumprimento dos objetivos ambientais estabelecidos na Diretiva-Quadro da \u00c1gua (2000\/60 \/ CE, DMA), incluindo a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de um bom estado das \u00e1guas de superf\u00edcie. Nesse sentido, fica evidente que os requisitos para o descarte de f\u00f3sforo estabelecidos no UWWTD (1 ou 2 mg P \/ l) s\u00e3o insuficientes quando se considera o uso de \u00e1gua tratada para alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de mangues ou outros ecossistemas l\u00eanticos, devido a sua vulnerabilidade aos processos de eutrofiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a atividade humana gera uma grande quantidade de res\u00edduos s\u00f3lidos, cujo gerenciamento \u00e9 ineficiente. Na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua pot\u00e1vel, um dos principais res\u00edduos gerados \u00e9 o lodo de tratamento f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmico de \u00e1gua (DWTS). O gerenciamento desses res\u00edduos acarreta um custo que pode ser reduzido caso seja encontrado um reaproveitamento. Ao ligar este NBS a uma ETAR convencional, a qualidade do efluente pode ser significativamente melhorada, alcan\u00e7ando n\u00e3o apenas uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o significativa no f\u00f3sforo, mas tamb\u00e9m no nitrog\u00eanio, subst\u00e2ncias priorit\u00e1rias, poluentes emergentes, pat\u00f3genos ou micropl\u00e1sticos. Al\u00e9m disso, se uma \u00e1rea \u00famida artificial de superf\u00edcie de \u00e1gua livre (FWSCW) for adicionada, a renatura\u00e7\u00e3o do efluente pode ser alcan\u00e7ada, aumentando a biodiversidade biol\u00f3gica do pl\u00e2ncton, da fauna de macroinvertebrados, anf\u00edbios e insetos. Ambos os CWs fornecem outros benef\u00edcios, como integra\u00e7\u00e3o da paisagem e a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de habitats de zonas \u00famidas, que est\u00e3o em decl\u00ednio significativo h\u00e1 s\u00e9culos. Portanto, esses BSLs podem constituir um valor importante para as zonas de transi\u00e7\u00e3o entre a ETAR e o ambiente natural.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1548078343770{padding-top: 10px !important;padding-bottom: 10px !important;}&#8221;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;709&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;right&#8221; qode_css_animation=&#8221;element_from_right&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1654615809760{padding-bottom: 20px !important;}&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=&#8221;&#8221; row_type=&#8221;row&#8221; use_row_as_full_screen_section=&#8221;no&#8221; type=&#8221;full_width&#8221; in_content_menu=&#8221;in_content_menu&#8221; content_menu_icon=&#8221;&#8221; angled_section=&#8221;no&#8221; text_align=&#8221;left&#8221; background_image_as_pattern=&#8221;without_pattern&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1612444403253{margin-top: 0px !important;margin-bottom: 0px !important;padding-top: 30px !important;padding-bottom: 30px !important;}&#8221; z_index=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column][vc_row_inner row_type=&#8221;row&#8221; type=&#8221;grid&#8221; text_align=&#8221;left&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center; font-size: 20px; text-transform: uppercase;\">metas<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=&#8221;small&#8221; position=&#8221;center&#8221; color=&#8221;#333333&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner row_type=&#8221;row&#8221; type=&#8221;grid&#8221; text_align=&#8221;left&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1612444256456{padding-top: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1615894254888{padding-bottom: 20px !important;}&#8221;]O objetivo geral \u00e9 demonstrar que \u00e9 poss\u00edvel obter \u00e1gua recuperada da ETAR<br \/>\nefluentes atrav\u00e9s da combina\u00e7\u00e3o de NBS e res\u00edduos industriais, a fim de produzir \u00e1gua de alta qualidade adequada para usos ambientais, como recupera\u00e7\u00e3o \/ conserva\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1reas \u00famidas.<\/p>\n<p>Este objetivo geral pode ser dividido nos seguintes objetivos espec\u00edficos:[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrar a viabilidade do reaproveitamento do DWTS, produzido em uma etapa do ciclo urbano da \u00e1gua, em outra etapa, avaliar esse res\u00edduo e transform\u00e1-lo em mat\u00e9ria-prima.<\/li>\n<li>Otimizar esse reaproveitamento utilizando-o como material de preenchimento para o fluxo vertical subterr\u00e2neo de alagados constru\u00eddos (VFCW), favorecendo assim os processos biol\u00f3gicos que ocorrem nas ra\u00edzes das plantas.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrar que a combina\u00e7\u00e3o do VFCW, cujo substrato \u00e9 o DWTS, com um FWSCW que hospeda v\u00e1rios ambientes (\u00e1reas livres e \u00e1reas com vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o) d\u00e1 melhores resultados ambientais do que se houvesse apenas um FWSCW dispon\u00edvel na sa\u00edda da ETAR.<\/li>\n<li>Melhorar a qualidade dos efluentes da ETAR, reduzindo sua concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de nutrientes, poluentes emergentes, subst\u00e2ncias priorit\u00e1rias e pat\u00f3genos; o que aumentar\u00e1 sua biodiversidade biol\u00f3gica: invertebrados aqu\u00e1ticos, anf\u00edbios e insetos; e melhorar\u00e1 a biodiversidade do meio ambiente, fornecendo servi\u00e7os ecossist\u00eamicos, como poliniza\u00e7\u00e3o e reservat\u00f3rio de insetos para controle de pragas na agricultura.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrar que esses NBS podem se tornar santu\u00e1rios para a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de esp\u00e9cies amea\u00e7adas de extin\u00e7\u00e3o e para uso educacional<\/li>\n<li>Elaborar diretrizes espec\u00edficas de projeto e opera\u00e7\u00e3o para este tipo de sistemas de renatura\u00e7\u00e3o, a serem utilizadas pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes para inclu\u00ed-las entre as melhorias propostas nas licita\u00e7\u00f5es para os contratos de opera\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da ETAR.<\/li>\n<li>Realizar uma an\u00e1lise do ciclo de vida (ACV) e da rela\u00e7\u00e3o custo-benef\u00edcio desse tipo de instala\u00e7\u00e3o para demonstrar a adequa\u00e7\u00e3o de sua implanta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>Estabelecer crit\u00e9rios de qualidade da \u00e1gua para usos ambientais, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o espanhola e da proposta europeia de re\u00faso de \u00e1gua. Isto tamb\u00e9m contribuir\u00e1 para cumprir os objetivos da DQA e da Diretiva Habitats (92\/42 \/ CEE).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O projeto integra os princ\u00edpios da economia circular, pois visa gerar novos recursos com alto valor natural a partir de dois fluxos de res\u00edduos (\u00e1guas residuais e DWTS), como um riacho de \u00e1gua naturalizada e um habitat de alta biodiversidade como zona de transi\u00e7\u00e3o entre a \u00e1rea \u201cindustrial\u201d (ETAR) e o ambiente natural
